"Warning!" - Careless Work
"Warning!" - Careless Work
"Warning!" reads this poster from the US government that was created towards the end of World War 1. The subheading reads "Consider the possible consequences if you are careless in your work". Posters like this were widely distributed during the war. The artwork depicts a wrecked biplane (presumably caused by carless work), a pilot, and rescue plane. The original artwork was done by artist L.N. Britton. The poster was originally published in 1917. A great gift for any war history aficionado! I digitally restore the raw scans of these 100+ year old posters and make them much more suitable for printing, but I do my best to keep them as close to original as possible. The original posters were approximately 20" x 30" NOTE: This listing is just for the poster reprint and is not framed. It will come rolled in a shipping tube.
